Contacting a Life Coach is taking the first positive step towards helping yourself. Life Coaching draws on more than one approach to best meet the individual needs of the client, with the focus being on achieving balance and fulfillment in life.
At the initial assessment session we will decide what area of your life you would like to improve. We will make a plan of action together and have a rough idea of how many sessions will be needed, each session lasts around an hour or so.
Some people like to use Life Coaching not only as a way of moving forward and tackling a specific area but also as a form of self development and growth. It is therefore quite common that a client may also like to make one off or ongoing review sessions.
