COGNITIVE BEHAVIOUR THERAPY

This is a more specific practice than Life Coaching.  It considers how thoughts, feelings and behaviour are linked and aims to change unhelpful and unhealthy thinking processes.

It is a solution focused therapy although there are never any guarantees it aims to identify and modify areas of life that are holding us back in some way with a positive outcome.

There is more often a clear working pattern with a set number of sessions agreed, usually up to about 6 with a clear beginning, middle and end to the process.
