I have and continue to gain a wealth of life experiences as well as the necessary credentials and expertise that qualify me as a Personal Development Coach. My area of expertise is Behaviour and I use my knowledge, training and experience to offer a range of service to individuals and families specific to their own unique needs.
In brief I’ve been divorced, married, have children, been a foster carer, lost loved ones and grown through my experiences. I have travelled extensively and live a full and positive lifestyle with a healthy balance of love, family, friendship, work, creativity and social life, the secret of which I would like to share with you.
I have a degree in Psychology, a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, qualifications in professional supervision, social science, attachment, behaviour and parenting. I am also continually adding to my knowledge with ongoing professional development and training to ensure I am up to date with current methods and trends.
I am a full member of the Association for Coaching. They check my qualifications, references and working practice, so you can be assured of my professional credentials.
